A new exciting apron front sink From Kohler.

    Last week I had the pleasure of installing the Kohler K-5827-0 Apron front sink from their Whitehaven line. It is a huge sink well suited to a country style kitchen. You will never have a problem with this sink being too small! It is huge at 18" wide by 28" long and 9" deep. You can wash just about anything in it. It has a great finish, with lots of colors to choose from.

     As you can see from these photos I took after the granite was installed, this sink becomes the star of the kitchen. It really makes your cabinetry pop with a bold statement. When someone enters the kitchen they are drawn to it. The apron front makes washing dishes easier, not having such a high rim to reach over to get to the bottom of the sink, and the corner drain makes for a good work area.

    The homeowners are very happy with the decision to go with Kohler, its a great quality sink for a reasonable price point, ranging from $824-$1232 depending on your color choice. I highly recommend it. I have installed several apron front sinks, stainless models included, and this is my favorite so far. One suggestion, I recommend  ordering this online because it is very heavy. At 130 pounds by its self, the shipping weight is nearly 200 pounds. Let  them deliver it to your doorstep!
